Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Bidding and Purchasing
- All bids are binding commitments to purchase
- Winning bidders must complete payment within the specified timeframe
- Sellers must deliver items as described
- SnapitUp is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers
Prohibited Items
The following items may not be listed: illegal goods, weapons, counterfeit items, hazardous materials, and any items prohibited by law.
Seller Responsibilities
- List items accurately and honestly
- Fulfill orders promptly after payment
- Provide tracking information
- Respond to buyer inquiries
Fees
Seller fees are outlined on our Seller Fees page. Fees are subject to change with notice.
Limitation of Liability
SnapitUp Auction is not liable for any damages arising from transactions between users. Our platform is provided "as is."
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between users, we encourage direct communication. Our support team may mediate if necessary.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
